One word describes this project: Transformation. This home started with a pitched wood shake roof and redwood siding. The modern change started with sloped ceilings, standing seam metal roofing, and aluminum Bonelli windows creating the ultimate in contemporary architecture. Frameless floating cabinets, exposed concrete floors, and stainless steel cable rail continue the modern vibe. Step out onto the IPE deck and dip into a Cedar hot tub or kick back near the built in firepit as you visualize the transformation that became a reality.
